Protection and collection of personal data

Paravan doo, as the data processing manager of the Paravan store, undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers, in such a way that it collects only the necessary data about the customers/users of our website that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; informs customers about the way the collected data is used, regularly gives customers the option of choosing about the use of their data, including the option of deciding whether or not they want their name removed from lists used to send news and inform them about new services and products. All employees of Paravan doo and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

The data we collect when you place an order on paravan.hr are the following: first and last name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We need this data so that we can deliver the ordered products or contact you (e-mail, phone number) regarding your order and delivery. We forward this data to the companies Overseas Express and Hrvatska Pošta for the purpose of sending shipments. Order data is stored in the WooCommerce system on our web server and is deleted 6 months after the order is placed. Credit card data is collected by the company CorvusPay exclusively for the purpose of charging for the ordered products. By entering your data in the product order form, you give your consent to the use of the specified data for the purpose of sending the ordered products to your address via the above-mentioned delivery services.
We also collect your personal data in other ways, independently of the web order:
• in our physical store, we collect your name and e-mail address through the loyalty card for the purpose of collecting points for discounts on purchases. If you have marked the box “I want to receive Paravan news” on the card, it is possible that we will include you in our newsletter (currently not in operation). We will not use the data from the loyalty card for other purposes, and we will archive the completed cards in our archive exclusively as evidence for granting the discount in the event of an inspection.
• when you view our online content using cookies (you can read information about cookies on the cookies link)
• via social media – publicly available data or data you send us via Facebook and Instagram messages – we do not store this data, but only use it to respond to your inquiry
• Except for the above, we collect personal data only when you make it available to us yourself, e.g. by sending an e-mail when you contact us for an inquiry or when you leave us a phone number in the store so that we can inform you about the availability of the product you are interested in. We delete this data after we have answered your inquiry.
As with all web pages, when accessing our web pages, our web server temporarily stores the domain name or IP address of the accessing computer, as well as the date of access, queries about files by website visitors (file name and corresponding complete data about internet address), http or https return code, browser type and size of files transferred during the visit.
When you use our website we may store data for various security reasons. Such data may include the name of your Internet service provider, the Internet page through which you connected to our site, the Internet pages you visited from our site, and your IP address. These data could lead to your identification, but we do not use them for that.
This website uses Google Universal Analytics, a web analysis activity by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”) for the purpose of analyzing its use. The information collected by Google in connection with your use of this website (e.g. the starting URL, the web browser you used, your language settings, your computer system you used or the display resolution) is transmitted to a Google server in the United States of America States, they are stored there, analyzed and the result is made available to us in anonymous form. Google is certified in connection with the EU-US Privacy Shield so that the processing of data by Google is subject to an appropriate level of data protection. Your rights

You can exercise the right to access your personal data at any time, i.e. the right to receive confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you are being processed, and if such personal data is being processed, access to your personal data, including the right to a copy of the same.
Your personal right is to demand at any time, without explanation or consequences, that the company Lumaris studio doo supplement, correct, limit the use or stop using and delete your personal data previously given on the basis of consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that took place up to that point.
